Withdrawal and changes
The products sold on the website www.eeeeeoh.com have a right of withdrawal within 14 days following receipt of the order. In this case, the product must be in perfect condition, must not be used, and must be returned in the same condition as it was received, that is, with the original packaging and labelling.
Once we have received the product, our team will review it and a voucher will be issued for the same amount as the returned product.
In the event that you wish to make any changes, this must also be done within 14 days of receiving the product, and it must be in perfect condition.
eeeeeoh reserves the right to refuse authorisation for any changes if the product received is not in the previously mentioned conditions.
The cost of postage in the event of wanting to make any changes will be borne by the customer, who must ensure that the package arrives in perfect condition. We recommend using the certified postal service or a private courier company. The expenses incurred for sending the new product will be borne by the customer.
If the model the customer wants is not available, eeeeeoh will offer an alternative solution with product(s) in stock. Under no circumstances will the product amount be refunded.

Product in poor condition
If the product purchased through our website has any flaw or manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs will be covered by eeeeeoh. In such cases, the customer must contact us via email at essencia@eeeeeoh.com. Once we have reviewed the case and given our authorisation, the product return will be processed.

Returns with postage due are not accepted..
Until the package arrives at our offices, the responsibility for its condition lies with the customer, so it is important that it is sent by registered mail and that the shipping receipt is kept.
Only the corresponding amount will be refunded. to the purchased products and never the amount corresponding to the shipping costs, and always in the form of a voucher without an expiry date.
